We provide mindfulness training to institutions such as schools, businesses, and non-profits, to help people live happier, more successful lives.
Mindful Living Programs, Mindful Schools
We base our delivery system on student lead teaching as opposed to teacher lead teaching, offer students a chance to work from where they currently are as opposed to being forced to adopt the teachers perspective to be successful.

Currently: Burlington School District, Children\’s Space, Transitional Services, Enova Mexico, Teachers and students from around the world.
