Local Farming and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) — Seminar

Join students in Alexandra Colins’s food and nutrition course for a presentation by Rachel Nevitt and David Zuckerman of Full Moon Farms in Hinesburg. They will share their experience as Vermont farmers and the role of CSA’s for their farm and the community.
